We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?
Step #1: Contact us at support@oxsaudio.com and obtain the return address or return label
Step #2: Mail the item back to OXS
Ship the product you would like to return to the address we provide.
Please note that, unless the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return it.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Step #3: Wait for confirmation from OXS
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will tell you by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
About the return shipping costs
If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, OXS will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
In the rare case that the products we carry are not performing as expected, we offer an 18-month warranty, starting from the date of delivered.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise, a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, OXS will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
● Purchases from illegitimate resource
OXS is not liable for:
● Loss of data incurred from use of OXS products
● Returning personal items sent to OXS
